Items that have not been installed professionally, where such installation is necessary, eg: mains fed machines or machines requiring specialist electrical connection as failing to do so could invalidate your warranty.
If an item is built to order or in a custom colour, we will not accept returns or offer refunds, however built to order items are still covered by the warranty as normal.
We accept returns for this item under certain circumstances, however we strongly advise you to be sure about purchasing a premium items before paying as for non-faulty items a restocking free may apply.
