Delivery Information

We deliver to the UK mainland only unless by special arrangement. Standard delivery on small items and sundries is generally within 48 hours or by the next business day where possible.

For coffee grinders, often these will ship directly from the manufacturer. For delivery times, please refer to the information on the product page.

For espresso machines, we will discuss delivery options with you when you contact our sales team to order. Delivery times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate to expedite the shipping process. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please sign for it as such and contact us within 48 hours We'll promptly address the issue with you. Failure to report damage upon delivery may result in the claim being denied.

General Delivery Terms

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout or to our sales team. Estimated delivery times are approximate, and we're not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

For pallet deliveries, someone must be at the delivery address to receive the goods. Failed pallet deliveries will incur extra costs for re-delivery.

Upon delivery, an adult over 18 must sign for the goods.

Please note that glassware and liquids are not insured during transit. While we securely package these items, we cannot be held responsible for damage or breakage that occurs during shipping.

We are not responsible for damaged or broken goods caused by the postal or courier service, products that don't meet your expectations, or issues arising from package tampering, delivery confusion, or the absence of the recipient.

Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery, regardless of whether you've received them personally. We are not liable for any damage or loss to the goods after delivery.
