2.2. By placing an order, you agree to prioritize these terms over any other agreements.
3.1. Prices listed on our website are subject to change. We'll contact you before confirming an order if prices change.
3.2. We offer competitive pricing and don't match auction website prices. We also don't lower warranty terms to compete with companies that do.
4.1 Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for credit.
4.2 Please do not return any items without first obtaining an RMA number.
4.3 Complete the online returns form and submit it for approval. An RMA number will be issued within 24 hours.
4.4 A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the error was on our part or the goods were received damaged or faulty.
4.5 We will not accept returns for products ordered in error.
4.6 The online returns form must be completed in full for each item being returned. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
4.7 Please provide the order number on the returns form.
4.8 Items returned to Espresso Kit must be shipped using a secure method, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a courier service that requires a signature upon receipt. We are not responsible for items returned using an insecure method.
4.9 The RMA number must be clearly marked on all boxes or packages.
4.10 Returns of non-faulty goods are accepted at our discretion, will be subject to the restocking fee and must be made within 28 days of purchase.
4.11 The provided transport packaging is intended to protect the goods during transit. We will not provide replacement packaging for damaged packaging.
4.12 For valid claims of shortages or defects discovered upon delivery, we may, at our option, either fulfill the order or replace the goods at no additional charge. Alternatively, we may refund the price of the affected goods. The choice of remedy will be at our sole discretion.
5.1. Spares, special orders, bespoke orders and items built to order cannot be returned.
5.2. These items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and service calls will be made for any defects.
6.1. If an item is out of stock, we'll advise you on expected availability or offer an alternative product.
6.2. For similar out-of-stock items, we may offer to send a replacement to avoid delay. Substitutions will only be for items with matching specifications.
7.1. Delivery cancellations must be made within 12 hours of ordering by contacting our sales department in writing.
7.2. Deliveries outside the UK mainland require additional details. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
7.3. Report any damage to goods within 12 hours of delivery. Report non-delivery within 3 days of the invoice date with a written notice.
7.4. Free delivery if offered applies only to UK mainland and stocked items.
7.5. Large machinery, refrigeration, and flat-packed items are delivered to the front door of ground-floor locations only. Delivery drivers may assist with placement at your discretion and risk.
7.6. Second deliveries of heavy or large items due to no answer at the first attempt will incur an additional charge.
7.7. Special delivery requirements must be agreed upon before order completion and dispatch.
7.8. Report delivery of wrong items within 3 days of receipt in writing.
7.9. Inaccessible delivery areas and restrictions may require timed delivery fees set by the courier's premium rates.
7.10. Damage to goods during delivery must be reported within 24 hours. Large appliances must be inspected upon delivery, and any damage noted on the acceptance docket. Drivers allow inspection time for large deliveries.
7.11. Missing items must be reported within 1 day of delivery in writing.
8.1. We are not liable for delays, damage, or defects caused by events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, lockouts, etc.). Delivery dates are estimates only, with no guarantees offered.
9.1. The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the warranty due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1.1. Standard Warranty: All goods supplied by the Company are covered for one year, parts only, unless stated otherwise in the product description or if additional warranty coverage is purchased at the time of purchase.

1.3. Geographical Scope: This warranty applies within the United Kingdom.

1.6. Repaired or Replaced Goods: Any repaired or replaced goods are covered by the remaining warranty period of the original item.
2.1. Installation Requirements: Equipment requiring non-standard electrical (beyond 13amp) or gas installation must be installed by a qualified professional. Failure to do so voids the warranty.
2.2. Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consumable parts, such as seals, gaskets, shower screens, and grinder blades.
2.3. Damage Due to Misuse: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, disassembly, or tampering with seals or labels.
2.4. Environmental Damage: Damage resulting from fire, water, smoke, power outages, or surges is not covered.
2.5. Lack of Maintenance: Machines not properly maintained, including required cleaning and descaling, void the warranty. Espresso machines must have a suitable water filter that is regularly maintained to prevent limescale buildup. Annual servicing or servicing as per the manufacturer's instructions is required.
2.6. Notification Requirement: Defects must be reported to the Company in writing within 14 days of delivery.
2.7. Improper Operation: Issues caused by operator error or lack of knowledge are not covered.
2.8. Commercial Use of Domestic Equipment: Warranties for machines designed for home use are void if used in a commercial environment.
2.9. Expired Warranty: The warranty is void after the specified period.
3.1. Repair or Replacement: The Company’s obligations are limited to repairing or replacing defective parts under normal and proper use within the warranty period. Notice of defects must be promptly provided with supporting evidence at the buyer’s expense.
4.1. Qualified Engineer Requirement: Electrical and gas equipment must be installed by a fully qualified commercial catering engineer. Failure to do so voids the warranty.
4.2. Revalidation of Warranty: If unqualified installation occurs, the buyer must hire a subcontracted engineer to attempt repairs at their own cost. The warranty may only be revalidated after confirmation from a qualified engineer that the goods meet the required standards.
5.1. Submission: Warranty claims must be made in writing via email, including the model, serial number, date of purchase, detailed fault description, and full contact information.
5.2. Incomplete Claims: Service calls will not be initiated until all required information is provided.
5.3. Access and Instructions: The customer must provide access and clear instructions during business hours. Failure to do so may result in an aborted visit charge of £125.
5.4. Engineer Visit Scheduling: The Company cannot guarantee specific engineer visit times or dates.
6.1. Scope: The parts-only warranty covers replacement parts only; labor or engineer costs are not included.
6.2. Installation by Qualified Engineer: Warranty claims are only accepted for products installed by a qualified engineer. Supporting evidence, including an initial installation report and any necessary photos or videos, must be provided.
6.3. Report Submission: An engineer’s report must be submitted within 30 days of the fault report. Delays may result in claim rejection.
