Usage Instructions:

For Backflushing Each Group Head:

1. Insert a blind filter into the portafilter and add up to 1/2 teaspoon (3g) of Cafiza® Powder.
2. Insert the portafilter into the group head.
3. Activate the brew cycle for 10 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds. Repeat this process 5 times.
4. Remove the portafilter, activate the brew cycle, and rinse the portafilter using a stream of water from the group head.
5. Re-insert the portafilter, then activate the brew cycle for 10 seconds and stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
6. Brew and discard a cup of espresso to ensure no residue remains.

For Soaking:

1. Mix 1 teaspoon (6g) of Cafiza® Powder per 1 litre of hot water.
2. Soak filters and metal parts of the portafilter for 30 minutes.
3. Rinse all components thoroughly with clean hot water.
